Musical Instrument 30 Day Guaranty, Guaranteed Buy-Back and Upgrade Policy

30 Day Satisfaction Guaranty:

Allman Music will gladly repair or exchange any instrument we sell that is defective for 30 days.

We want you to be 100% fully satisfied with your instrument purchase from Allman Music. Allman Music will give you full credit of your purchase price, less the original shipping cost, toward the purchase of a different instrument of equal or higher value from Allman Music for a period of 30 days. Instruments must be returned in new as shipped condition complete with all of the paperwork, in all of their original factory packaging. We are not liable for consequential or inconsiquential damages as a result of your use or inability to use the product or service.

Return shipping costs to Allman Music are the customers responsibility.

Instruments returned for a refund or exchange are subject to a $10.00 to $30.00 cleaning and sanitizing fee, the cost of a replacement mouthpiece and our original shipping cost which will be deducted from the refund.

Adjustments to exchanges or refunds will be made for instruments returned in less than original new condition which show signs of wear, scratches, damage, or are missing any parts, accessories, factory warranty or papers.

Warranty

Lynx Transducers products are built with highest quality components available and are designed to give you many years of reliable trouble free service for performance after performance. Your Lynx Transducer Speaker is covered by a 3 year No Fault Warranty. If for any reason your Lynx speaker fails to operate under normal live performance usage for 3 years from the date of purchase, Lynx Transducers will repair or replace your speaker (our option) for no charge, excluding shipping cost to and from Lynx Transducers. We are not liable for consequential or inconsiquential damages as a result of your use or inability to use the product or service. If you feel that your speaker needs service please contact us at: Service@Lynxtransducers.com for shipping advice and an RMA (Return to Manufacture Authorization) Number. Carefully pack the speaker in the original carton or a suitable heavy gauge cardboard box equivalent and ship the speaker to our address. Insurance and shipping charges to and from the factory are solely the customer's responsibility. No Warranty work will be performed without an RMA.

If your speaker has been abused physically or electrically, Lynx Transducers will still repair your speaker, charging for the cost of the replacement parts and a nominal labor fee during the 3-year Warranty Period. Electrical abuse is defined by the evidence of burned or discolored electrical components, including the speaker voice coils, due to heat as a result of the application of excessive power beyond the cabinet's nominal rating. Physical abuse is defined as gross damage to any part of the cabinet or speaker system beyond normal road use, i.e. dings, scrapes, tears, dents to the grills etc. Lynx Transducers will make the sole determination as to what constitutes abuse.

Post Warranty Product Support:

As a service to our customers, Allman Music / Lynx Transducers can rebuild or update your Lynx Transducer sound system after the warrantee period for the cost of the parts and a small labor fee providing the customer pays for shipping to and from our location.

Shipping Damage

We make every attempt to package your purchase so that you will receive it in perfect condition. Please inspect your purchase in the presence of the carrier when you recieve it if possible. In the event that your purchase does get damaged in shipment, Allman Music / Speaker Domain will gladly replace items that have been lost or damaged in shipment as soon as we receive the carriers confirmation of loss or damage of your item. If your item has been lost or damaged in shipment notify the carrier immediately and email or call us as soon as possible so that we can help initiate the claim process. Return Instructions

Call or Email Allman Music for an RMA number. After an RMA number has been given, carefully repack the return item(s) in all of the original shipping materials that the item was sent to you with. Enclose a note with a complete description of what was wrong with the product. Please be sure to include your return shipping address along with your telephone number and email address. Electronics, Speakers and General Merchandise Guaranty

Allman Music has a 30 day guarantee on all of the products we sell. For 30 days Allman Music will gladly exchange any merchandise that is defective for an identical item or a similar item of equal or higher value if the difference in price is paid. After 30 days the Manufactures Warranty must be used.

All Merchandise that is returned for a refund not exchange is subject to a minumum restocking fee of 15% and our original shipping cost of at least $15 or more depending on the item(s) shipping cost that had been included in the original purchase price.

Items that have been special ordered can only be exchanged. Items returned for a refund or exchange must be shipped back in their original new as shipped condition including all of the original OEM packaging and in all of the original shipping, packaging or equivelant with a copy of our original bill of sale. Items missing pieces or documentation, show signs of having been mounted or used, or have been subjected to abuse, have been damaged by improper installation, or have been damaged in return shipping will be subject to an adjustment of the refund amount or a complete refund or exchange refusal. We are not liable for consequential or inconsequential damages as a result of your use or inability to use a product or service. After 30 days the customer must use the manufactures warranty. The vast majority of the products we sell come with the full manufacture's warranties included. Customers must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and instructions before an item can be returned for exchange, service or refund. Any Item returned to us without a RMA Number or has been sent COD will be refused, NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping and insurance fees for returned and waranty items to Allman Music are the solely the customers responsibility.

Buy-Back and Upgrade Examples:

If you purchased a student level instrument flute from us and after 7 months your child decides not to continue their studies. Your total cost would be: $141.00 (7 X $18.00 + $15.00 shipping), a tremendous savings over normal rental fees and your child has had the opportunity to learn on a new high quality brand name instrument.

For another example: if you purchased a new flute from Allman Music for $250.00 and at the end of two years you decide to upgrade to an intermediate or professional level instrument from Allman Music. We will give you $125.00 credit toward the purchase of the new instrument. The result is that you would have spent only $62.50 per year for the use of the original brand new high quality instrument.

Guaranteed Buy-Back Plan:

The Allman Music Guaranteed Buy-Back Plan is a very cost-effective alternative to renting and gives you complete protection if your child decides not to continue their studies. Our plan allows your child to learn on a Brand New instrument and protects your investment should your child decide to change to a different instrument, upgrade to a better model or not to continue their studies. Our Guaranted Buy-Back Plan works like this: You purchase a new instrument from Allman Music at our discounted price which is usually about 40% off of the suggested retail value. You decide to return the instrument for an upgrade. The cost for student-level intruments is just $18.00 per month for flutes, clarinets, trumpets, trombones, violins and violas; $35.00 per month for alto saxophones, flugel horns and cellos; $40.00 per month for tenor saxophones, baritones and French horns. Intermediate level instruments will be the same schedule amounts as above but multiplied by 1.5; Professional level instruments will be 2.0 times the scheduled amounts. Adjustments will be made for instruments returned with physical damage or in poor condition.
